Our concierge, Daniele Venditti, was awarded the prize “The Golden Keys” by the Association of Hotel Concierges Romana.
Founded in 1952, the Roman Association “The Golden Keys”, one of the first organized forms of Goalkeepers of Hotel, a founding member of the then FIPA (Federation of Italian Goalkeepers Hotel), is a non-profit, non-partisan, regulated by a statute and headed by a President and a Board of Directors lasts for three years.
His associates are “The Golden Keys” Goalkeepers of Hotel Employees and the Front Office, hospitality professionals employed in the Caretaker and the Front Desk of Roman hotels and not only; for guests of various hotels the “Golden Keys” is the reference point that allows them a stay easier, and at the same time contribute to the enhancement of the image of the facility and the city. During his 60 years of life, the “Roman” was honored to count among its members of Hospitality Professionals of hotels with names of great prestige and professional appointments and membership of national and international importance.
